Your Body Isn't Broken - It's Just Being Misunderstood.

It’s easy to believe your struggle is unresolvable when you haven’t been properly supported.

If pain is a constant struggle in your life, I’ve been there.

I know what it’s like to walk out of an appointment full of concern about whether my life would ever be normal again.

It was heartbreaking to lose my independence and the effects this had my work and health.

As time went on, the mental impact of this extends to your family who can do nothing but watch helplessly.

Applying for a personalised plan would be a good decision if:

  • Pain is preventing you from doing activities that used to come so easily to you.

  • The treatment you are receiving does not feel specific enough for the worrying diagnosis you have been given.

  • Physiotherapy progress has been frustratingly slow, and concerns about what your future will look like if you don't act fast are beginning to arise.

Here's how it works...

1. Identifying the first four weeks of your pain free plan

Regardless of what element of this approach others have attributed their success to…

…nothing is as important as the work we do to understand your injury.

Today’s demand for chronic pain management restricts physical therapists to spending no more than 30 minutes with you.

I know many healthcare workers who have no shortage of skill when it comes to repairing injuries like yours, but they just don't have the time.

That's why the first thing we'll do together is understand your situation with pinpoint accuracy, before the first four weeks of your plan is designed and delivered within an easy-to-use app within 24 hours of you completing the opening questionnaire.

If you wish to receive the same level of speed and support beyond this period, this option will be available to you.

2. What gets measured gets improved

Peter Trucker once said “what get’s measured, get’s improved”

That’s why knowing your blood pressure, step-count and body weight inspires those who care to stay healthy.

But where the hell are the measurements for those who care about repairing their injury?

Joint replacement surgeries wouldn’t be at an all time high if basic exercises were enough.

And since it's difficult to make lasting changes without tracking progress, your training is deliberately designed to make sure everything is measurably moving in the right direction.

Although you and I will focus on the measurements that are most important for you specifically, look at the examples below.

Given knee pain was his primary concern, the first photo indicates the level Alexander could bend his knee when we first began…

…whilst the second indicates his bend on week 3 where he experienced significantly less pain.

3. You are not alone - we work as a team

I understand that pain stealing your ability to release stress after a long day can devastate your mental health.

And that’s why support is at the core of everything I do whilst you rebuild yourself.

The reason I limit the amount of individuals I chose to work with is so I can give you all the time and support you require during our time working together.

This isn’t a doctor-patient relationship where I see you every 4 weeks and forget about you in the meantime.

I consider your journey ‘a team effort’ where I make your transition to a pain-free life as easy as possible by being there for you whenever you require support.

A supportive environment speeds the entire process up and to compliment this, you'll also get the opportunity to improve sleep quality and nutritional choices.

Injuries have a tendency to drain your energy and impact your work, so I always prioritise practical approaches that fit seamlessly into your life.

Once again, if you wish to receive this same level of support beyond the initial four weeks, this option will be made available to you.

What have others been saying about this approach?

"I'm grateful to have my life back"

"My knees and ankles were the number one problem. Now I feel a lot more confident"

"I struggled for years to find anyone who could resolve my injuries within the USA"

"It felt like I was aging before my time when I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis, but thankfully working with Mark means this is something I no longer think about"

By working with Mark, you can eventually expect to:

  • Avoid the pain, hassles and long-term risks of joint replacement surgery

  • Experience less pain without the use of medications

  • Return to an active lifestyle and dismiss health concerns like heart disease that may arise from not exercising enough

  • Dismiss the need to be overly careful as you regain trust in your ability to move.

  • Reclaim the joy of social events whether it be dancing at a concert or going along to a wedding.

  • Give up your roll as a sideline parent that needs to tell your kids to 'take it easy' around you

Here's what you get:

  • An in-depth analysis of your injury and movement to identify the steps required for you to become pain-free

  • A 4 week plan designed specifically for your priorities delivered within an easy-to-use app within 24 hours.

  • 1-1 messenger support from Mark

  • Methods to tackle other annoying injuries you may experience alongside your primary concern

  • Fitness and mobility sessions to stay healthy while your injury repairs

  • Sleep and nutrition guidelines

  • If you wish to receive this same level of speed and support beyond the initial 4 weeks, this option is available to you.

There is space available right now... (don't delay)

Due to my personal commitment to providing you unlimited support, I can only work with a fixed number of individuals at any given time.

There is space available if you are reading this, but I can’t guarantee it will be available tomorrow.

Be careful not to delay any longer if you are determined to resolve your situation before it’s too late.

The most common phrase people say after experiencing this approach is ‘I wish I started sooner’

Although I believe most injuries are resolvable, there's no denying that they become more of an uphill challenge the longer you wait.

Commit to coaching with Mark… apply the approaches for a full 30 days… and see if it doesn’t create a noticeable change in how you feel.

If you don’t agree, for any reason at all, that the approaches others from all sides of the world have are using to resolve injuries and move with confidence again, I insist you email [email protected] requesting a refund.

Without a strategy, you are already taking the greatest risk.

Everyday, people with very treatable injuries leave medical appointments feeling misunderstood, worried and confused.

Time they could be spending eliminating pain is spent anxiously waiting for the next appointment with little relief in the meantime.

Many never discover the difference having a specific plan, ways of measuring progress and support can make.

If this matters to you, don’t wait until it's too late.

Once the remaining spaces are gone, this offer disappears and I have no idea when I’ll be able to make it available again.

FAQS

How exactly does this process work?

Once you sign up, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire to detail the specifics of your injury.

You will also receive some videos to show you more clearly how I design your plan, as well as access to my easy-to-use app.

When I receive the inputs, I will dedicate the time necessary to understanding your situation and tailoring the first four weeks of your plan.

This will be delivered on the app and I will make changes to it as you progress.

I will be available to support you throughout these 4 weeks with any questions or feedback you need.

If you wish to continue to work closely with me beyond the 4 weeks, this option will be available to you.

What happens after the 4 weeks?

After the 4 weeks, some chose to continue working closely with me, whilst others are happy to take what they've learnt and continue on their own.

What you experience within a 4 week period is often enough to advance your approach to recovery forever, meaning the benefits go far beyond the period of time we work together.

What's included in my plan?

Your plan will differ in the sense that it is going to be specified for your personal circumstances

However, your plan will include the following.

✅ An in-depth analysis of your injury and movement to identify the steps required for you to become pain-free

✅ A 4 week plan designed specifically for your priorities delivered within an easy-to-use app

✅ 1-1 messenger support from Mark

✅ Methods to tackle other annoying injuries you may experience alongside your primary concern

✅ Fitness and mobility sessions to stay healthy while your injury repairs

✅ Sleep and nutrition guidelines

✅ If you wish to receive this same level of speed and support beyond the initial 4 weeks, this option is available to you.

How is this different from physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy works fantastically for many individuals, but for some, there is something missing.

Whether that be more support, a more specific understanding of your injury or a preference to work solely online - my approach aims to tackle each so you can finally overcome your injury concerns.

Do I need equipment or a gym to get started?

Thankfully, getting a clear understanding of your circumstances allows me to adjust the program to you specifically.

This means regardless if you prefer to repair your injury at home or in a gym, each option is catered for and many have had great success within this program without any equipment.

I'm in my 70's, am I too old for this?

Not at all.

Everything will be designed specifically for you regardless of if you are 8 or 80.

How does the refund work?

Within 30 days of beginning, if you don’t agree for any reason at all that the approaches others from all sides of the world have are using to move with confidence again, I insist you email [email protected] requesting a refund.

Will this work for me?

For many others from all ages and backgrounds, this has been the approach that has worked when nothing else has.

Still, I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee so you can try it yourself with zero risk.

If you are not happy or I can't help you for whatever reason, I can either:

(1) Give you a refund

(2) Give you a refund and connect you someone who is likely to be able to help you.

I'm confident this approach will deliver you great results, but it's important to know you are covered either way.

I have a personal question, how can I get in touch with you?

Just shoot me an email - [email protected]

I am in there daily answering questions, and you'll never get an automatic AI response from me!

Send me any concerns or questions you have and I'll be happy to help in any way I can.

My Story

Before, I was a rugby player on my way to achieving my childhood dream of playing professionally.

This journey came to an abrupt stop 2 months after I was set for a move to Canada when I was diagnosed with a complicated blood condition that forced me into retirement.

An effect of this illness was losing 40% of my eyesight, and I felt like I was aging before my time. I had to be careful of everything, and my inability to exercise sent me into a dark depression.

I became so weak that anytime I tried to exercise, I injured myself.

One day, I suffered a knee injury that was so severe that I was unable to work, and earn a living.

When nothing I tried was working, I decided to look elsewhere.

I studied within various mentorships, coaching, and courses in order to get rid of the pain and strengthen my body.

The result? It worked.

Not only did I trust my body for the first time in years - but I began to consider a return to rugby.

The journey was a rollercoaster, but I attempted to play again in 2023 despite the contradicting opinions of many medical professionals.

Within 8 months, I got offered an opportunity in Canada..

Fascinated with everything I learnt, I began teaching others locally how they could resolve ‘irresolvable’ injuries when the approaches they were trying weren’t working.

Demand has allowed me to expand online, where I have helped people from all around the world do the same.

I retired from rugby for a second time in 2023 - this time on my own terms.

I couldn’t be happier with what I have achieved, but I now want to commit myself to helping others live lives without pain.

It’s easy to believe your struggle is unresolvable when you haven’t been properly supported.

Before I met Mark, I was on the verge of losing my job due to a complicated series of injuries which included a devastating ACL & meniscus tear. The program is better than anything I have experienced before, but the support was just as important during a challenging time that I'm glad to say has passed. Now I continuing to coach the next generation of tennis players and I no longer think about my prior injuries!
