My Story
Before, I was a rugby player on my way to achieving my childhood dream of playing professionally.
This journey came to an abrupt stop 2 months after I was set for a move to Canada when I was diagnosed with a complicated blood condition that forced me into retirement.
An effect of this illness was losing 40% of my eyesight, and I felt like I was aging before my time. I had to be careful of everything, and my inability to exercise sent me into a dark depression.
I became so weak that anytime I tried to exercise, I injured myself.
One day, I suffered a knee injury that was so severe that I was unable to work, and earn a living.
When nothing I tried was working, I decided to look elsewhere.
I signed up for mentorships, coaching, and courses in order to get rid of the pain and strengthen my body.
The result? It worked.
Not only did I trust my body for the first time in years - but I began to consider a return to rugby.
The journey was a rollercoaster, but I attempted to play again in 2023 despite the contradicting opinions of many medical professionals.
Within 8 months, I got to go to Canada and play like I had originally planned.
Fascinated with everything I learnt, I began teaching others locally how they could resolve ‘irresolvable’ injuries when the approaches they were trying weren’t working.
Demand has allowed me to expand online, where I have helped people from all around the world do the same.
I retired from rugby for a second time in 2023 - this time on my own terms.
I couldn’t be happier with what I have achieved, but I now want to commit myself to helping others live lives without pain.
